Hello Dee, first, check the freezer temp is around 0-5 deg, warmer and the ice maker will not cycle. Next on the underside of the ice maker is a green test button, pressing it will cause the ice maker to run a harvest/fill test cycle, you may need to hold the freezer door switch in on some models for this test. Also, check the underside of the ice maker tray if the tray thermistor and wiring is intact. The ice maker is part 00649288.
