Amy for Model Number 25352642303 Side by side refrigerator...refrigerator door does not stop and swings into the wall. I looked at the door stop for each side (refrigerator and freezer side). Both door stops appear to be in good shape. No missing pieces. Attached firmly....not loose. The freezer side door works fine. Is the door stop adjustable? Is there something else I need to check?
Answer Amy, You will want to look at the cam where the door hinge goes up into the door and make sure that it is not broken. If it is then it would need to be replaced.
