Loren for Model Number FEFL67GCA About a month ago I replaced the bottom heating element and it worked fine. Yesterday when running the oven, I noticed the bottom element wasn't heating up. The top element is working, but won't turn off when the desired temp is reached. The oven flashed a F10 error code which apparently means something is wrong with the RTD sensor probe or the EOC. I'm assuming that because only one element works it must be the EOC. Is this correct? Thanks
Answer Hello Loren. If the element reads closed, and the wires are good, you will need to replace the EOC. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
