Michael for Model Number 790.97013510 Broil and Bake not heating on oven. Replaced heating elements. Checked all wires and still no heat. There is a clicking sound when bake or broil are turned on and it sounds like it is coming from the control panel. Would the control panel most likely be the problem? Stove top works fine and clock on panel works fine. Also if the part is ordered and doesn't fix the problem can it be returned?
