In most cases, when the relay/overload kit replaces a start device, the run capacitor (if used) is installed across the run and start windings of the motor relay. The wires from the capacitor would attach to the terminal #@ with the blue wire and the other wire from the capacitor would attach the terminal #3. basically, as best we can tell.
