John for Model Number 25314592100 My power when off for more the one hour, and my freezer is not freezing now.It was a hard storm last night, is there anything that needs to be replaced ?
Answer John, A one hour power failure should not have caused a major thawing issue. If anything did get damaged due to the power failure, it most likely would be the electronic control board 216979700 , located inside the compressor compartment, or the digital display/control board 216979600 in the handle assembly.
