Tim I purchased a capacitor from you all 3 months ago which fixed the Frigidaire that had stopped cooling and freezing. The refrigerator has stopped again after 3 months. I have purchased another capacitor from you but could there be another problem? The defrost switch works fine and had purchased one along with the first capacitor just in case.
Answer Hello Tim, The capacitor could have been defective so I recommend calling us with the units' model and serial number at 1-877-477-7278 so we can re-ship the part. If the new capacitor fails as quickly you should have a Freon certified technician come out to verify that the compressor is not going into failure. Read More...
