Bill for Model Number 25357672791 Kenmore side by side Ref. Unit started to only cool the ref side to about 47 degrees and the freezer to about 18 degrees. From what I can tell the fan inside the freezer is running fine and the one down in back is also. I don't recall hearing what I would consider the compressor kicking in since it started to only cool to these temps. What can you suggest??
Answer Hi Bill. Is there any frost build up on the back wall of the freezer? If so then you should consider replacing Defrost thermostat assy. part # is 5303917954.The defrost heater is part # 218169802. The defrost timer is part # 215846602.
