Answer Hello John. You will need to look for a dead short on the unit. These can be very hard to repair, but can be done. Unplug each part, the compressor, temp control, defrost timer, and defrost heater, and fan motors. One at a time and see which one is causing the breaker to trip. Once found, you will need to replace that bad part. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
