Paul for Model Number FRS26ZRG My refirgerator/freezer stopped cooling...lots of lost food. I've checked all the normal things, eg, defroster, turned the temperature control up, unpluged and plug back in, etc. Both the circulating fan and the coil fan are working, but the compressor ill not come on. Could it be a bad capacitor?
Answer Hello Paul, Check the start relay 5304426651 to see if you see any burn or melted looking areas on it. This is more than likely what will cause compressor to not come on and if the start relay is good then you would have a bad compressor. Read More...
