Dominic for Model Number FAQG7011KRO I have a erroe code E9E and 118V to the control board has this been a constant problem no error code in data sheet ?
Answer Hello Dominic, the E9E is a low voltage condition detected by the control board, using a multimeter test for voltage at the main control board at terminals J2-1 red/black and J2-2 white,if as you say the voltage is 118v and the control board shows the low voltage fault code then that would indicate a faulty main control board ,you would need part 137070840NH control board. If however if the voltage only drops on start and then the control board gives the code then check the wire harness connection at the control board and back to the rear terminal block and the line cord and outlet, if all check ok you may have a faulty circuit breaker.
