Eleanore for Model Number FPEF3081KFB oven temp just keeps on climbing I can shut the oven off can not control temperature tested the oven probe and the resistance was correct with ohms do I have to replace the main control board ? Thank You
Answer Eleanore, Check the temp. probe resistance at the control (unplug the P29 connector and check across pin 1 and pin 2 in the harness connector, check each wire to chassis ground for an "open" circuit) if all checks OK, then yes you'll need to replace the control board 5304478041 / 5304478041.
