Doug, Without a proper model number it's difficult to distinguish where the issue is. Dim glowing LED lights can be due to a "glitch" in the control board if the machine doesn't have a keypad/touchpad on the control panel. Machines with a keypad/touchpad, the LED lights are embedded in the console/keypad assembly and there's a low voltage "bleed" in the ribbon tracers and cause the LEDs to glow. without a proper model number, we can't be sure of the proper part needed for your machine.
