Chris for Model Number frigidaire refrigerator FRS23LH5DS2 When I call for water at the door, water comes out as it should. However, water shoots into the ice maker as well, causing overflow. I checked the electrical connectors that go to the water solenoids of the water valve. What I found was that when I called for water at the door, current was also being passed to the harness for the ice maker solenoid, causing it to open every time you call for water at the door. an online search had me thinking it could be the diode that connects to the wiring assembly just before the connectors to the water valve solenoids? Do you think thats my problem?
