N.S. for Model Number AP3861685 Our water dispenser drip tray seems to be glued down maybe? Any ideas? We've tried pulling it out to be able to replace the water actuator but it is just not budging.
Answer Hello N.S., The last time I had one like this, I thought the customer had glued it in, but it turned out that sweet tea had been spilled in the tray multiple times and it was stuck down with the sticky from the sugar in the tea.
