Jeff for Model Number EW23BC85KS3 The icemaker bin is filled with pieces of polystyrene foam in (looks like insulation) and thin white plastic parts. One of the styrene pieces jammed the ice dispenser. It was easily removed. Is the problem in the ice maker or something else? The refrigerator is 6 years old and the icemaker has always worked great.
Answer Jeff, you will want to inspect the bin cover 242095002 along with the interior of the icemaker section to identify where the plastic and insulation is coming from.
