Kc for Model Number FFSS2615TE4 My ice maker is not making ice. I cannot feel any water or ice inside the tray. How do I know if this is the ice maker or the water valve? I still get water from my dispenser.
Answer Kc, If there is 120 VAC to your ice maker you can grab the fingers of the ice maker and slowly pull them clockwise until it starts to cycle on its own. Then just wait and watch the ice maker as it cycles. If it fills then you might have a temp issue or if it is close to zero just replace the ice maker. Read More...
