Smitty, it would be recommended that the unit is checked for any stored error codes. This can be done by rotating the cycle selector knob to the 3 o'clock position, press and hold the select and pause buttons at the same time for 6 seconds, then press and hold the start and pause buttons at the same time for 4 seconds. Once done, rotate the cycle selector knob to the 2 o'clock position to get an error flash pattern. The first set of flashes will indicate the first digit of the error code and the second set will indicate the second digit of the error code. This will help to identify a more specific cause of failure.
