Dave for Model Number LGUS2642LF2 The waterline that dispenses water from the door continually freezes, and will not dispense water once frozen. I have thawed it out and the next day it re-freezes what do I do?
Answer Dave, make sure the temperature in the freezer section is around 0-5 degrees. Use water from the dispenser during the day, even if you are not drinking it, fill the dog water bowl or water a plant, anything to keep the water moving. Sometimes the insulation inside the door will break down over time and allow the temperature inside the door to stay at a colder temperature.
