Jane for Model Number Kenmore Elite 665.12776K310 Upper rack falls out if pulled out more than half way. The end caps do not open, rather the wheels just fall off and out of the side rails. Some tiny plastic pieces that apparently helped hold in the wheels have broken off...so the wheels are not secure..and easily fall off. I can't figure out what part I need to replace/repair this.
