Ryan for Model Number PLES389DCE Door does not stay all the way open (90 degree). It does stay partially open (around the 45 degree spot). What part would I need to fix this? Also the outer most glass is broken. This does not affect the functionality of the oven, but looking to replace as well. What part is this? Thank you for your time.
