Aja for Model Number glgf366abd My top burners light and my broiler lights but the oven will not light. I see the glow but no ignition. Also we have to shut off the gas line coming into the oven when we are not using the burners or else we can smell leaking propane. It stinks constantly like Propane if we don't shut of the gas line. No bubbles at the connection. And the smell build up is definitely coming from inside the oven even when we are not using it, well duh cuz i can't use out, hence the question.....
Answer Hello Aja. Test for 3.0-3.6 volts AC at the gas safety valve with the igniter turned on. If the voltage is there, you have a bad safety valve. If the voltage is low, you have a weak igniter and the igniter will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
