Answer Rick, When you cleaned the burner, did you use an awl or large needle and clean all the venturi openings in the burner. Did you check and make sure you have the burner shutter(fuel/air mixxer) adjusted properly for the type gas supplied. Also check and make sure the burner safety valve orifice is centerred in the opening of the shutter assembly.
