Answer Darrell, When you pull the icemaker out there is a tube coming in from the back of the unit that fills the icemaker. Check to make sure that the fill tube is not frozen. Also check the icemaker to make sure that the pins in the center of the large gear are not broken. If fill tube is frozen then you will want to replace the water valve which is located on the back of the unit behind the panel on the back.
