Kathy for Model Number FFHT1814LW4 I am looking a shelf that is the full width of the inside of the freezer & also the dowls that are needed to hold up the shelf. There are holes in the side walls to hold up the shelf. What are the part Numbers that I need & what is the cost? Also is it possible to remove the bottom wire racks & replace with glass shelfs? If so, what are the part numbers needed for this as well as the cost? Thank You.
