Linda Z for Model Number part# 241657502 I just received the extra fridge and freezer shelves I ordered for our new Frigidaire side by side. Part # 241657502 Issue is removing an existing shelf to lower it and inserting the new one. They are in so tight, without any kind of spring, so I can't seem to remove the one that came in the freezer so that I can adjust the spacing and I can't insert the one I just ordered into any of the other holes. I can insert on one side, but can't push it in, in order to fit into to the holes on the opposite side. I am hoping there is a logical explanation.
