Lance, you can test the right front switch for voltage output to the element. With access to the switch, turn the switch on and with a multimeter, test from terminal H1 to terminal H2 and there should be 240VAC. If there is not 240VAC, the switch 318120501 has failed. If there is 240VAC, the range will need to be turned off and unplugged to allow for the wires to the element to be inspected for any damage. If the wires check good, the issue is with the element 316135401.
