Ruben for Model Number kenmore 70182000 refridgerator The freezer nor bottom fridge get cool. I've cleaned n vacuumed all debris from coils and fan. The fan under the fridge and the fan in the freezer work fine and both doors seal perfectly. I can hear the motor running and I am not sure what to do to solve the problem. Can you help please thank you.
Answer Ruben, You will want to pull the back cover off in the freezer compartment and check the frost pattern on the evaporator coils. If there is no frost at all on the coils or if there is very little frost on the first part of the coils where they enter the freezer, then either the compressor is not pumping refrigerant, there is a sealed system leak or there is a restriction in the sealed system.
