Lj for Model Number FRS20ZGJB0 The fridge part of the unit will freeze items in the lower drawers and the water system. I keep raising the temp but it does not affect the overall temp of the fridge. Is there only one thermostat control in the fridge? Would that be P/N AP2145312?
Answer LJ, You will want to check the damper assembly on this unit as it sounds like the damper 215011503 is stuck in the open position and will not close off causing the freezing issue. Also make sure that there is nothing blocking the damper assembly which would force cold air down the back wall of the unit and would cause freezing. Read More...
