Stuck for Model Number Frigidaire electric dryer model Aeq6000es2 The dryer has power but won't run and does not have any lights on control panel. The thermal limiter looks ok. Not sure if control board is getting power. How do I check?
Answer Hi Stuck. The dryer (obviously) has 240vac supplied to the terminal block. If you are going to check anything electrically, first make sure you are completely safe and your dryer circuit breaker is working correctly. The terminal block should have 240vac on the two outer legs,and 120vac from the outer legs (L-1 & L-2) to the center neutral (terminal) screw consecutively. Make sure you are safe and do - not come in contact with any live electrical parts. The supplied wiring diagram should help, as you will be able to follow 120vac to the control board.
