Ileana for Model Number frigidaire dryer #FAS7073LW0 My dryer stopped working and it says door open but its not open. I checked to see what error code it gave me and it states E66 which has nothing to do with door, but with the thermostat. So if I order the outlet thermal limiter how do I know that will take care of problem.
Answer Ileana, The thermal limiter getting replaced will take care of part of the issue that you have come across with the E66 error. As for the unit saying door is open then you will want to check the door switch to make sure that it is good and that it has continuity when pressed in.
