Alva for Model Number FASG7074LW0 Dryer runs but no heat at all. Replaced the control circuit board. Nothing. Diagnostic Mode 6, Inlet Control Thermistor - LED shows "HEAT2 - NTC2" but no temperature value. FYI: Modes 5 and 7 show 69 degrees. What could be the problem and what do I have to replace. Thanks!
Answer Hello Alva, this model does not use an inlet thermistor so the lack of a reading in test 6 is correct. You would need a multimeter for further testing. Start with whether there is 120v going into the burner circuit on orange to black wires,if not orange is 120v from the board heater relay and black is the neutral thru the motor load switch.
