Dotson for Model Number FGHC2331PF6 Hello, I recently changed my water filter and now the water looks dirty. I discarded multiple cups of water on several occasions to try and correct the issue. However, the water looks exactly the same, dirty and un-drinkable.
Answer Hello Dotson, Some filters require flushing with at least two gallons of water and it is also possible to receive a filter with a factory defect. If you ordered the filter from us and flushing it further does no good, please call us with the model and serial number and if possible, the order number, at 1-877-477-7278 for a re-ship under the one year part warranty.
