Steven for Model Number FPHF2399PF7A I have a Frigidaire refrigerator and it uses the ULTRAWF filter. I went to replace it and was able to pull out the old filter. I went to put in the new filter and it will not lock in place. Both filters are the same ULTRAWF. I was able to easily install the old filter back in place.
