Sheryl L. for Model Number 36315324100 Serial No: FG-306590R The third level spray arm at the top of the dishwasher became disconnected when I removed the dishwasher. I can't figure out how to reconnect the hose. Am I missing a part? I saw the same problem listed in the Q&A section and the pro suggested ordering the third level spray arm. I ordered the part but it looks the same as the part on the dishwasher. There is still no way to connect the hose to the arm. HELP! We are having a large Christmas party at our church and desperatly need this dishwasher to be functional by Friday.
Answer Hello Sheryl. The spray arm WD28X10103 is held onto the assembly with screws WD02X10061. If the screws are missing from the top, you will need to order the screws. If the bracket from the old one is there, just remove the screws and bracket and install the new spray arm. Hope this helps. Read More...
