Brian for Model Number GE Dishwasher Model GSD5330D02WW I am replacing my 3rd Level Spray Arm Assembly and the hose that attaches to it. My installed assembly and hose has a sealant (similar to caulk) poured around the penetration through the top of the dishwasher. It appears the sealant was pourd into the indentation around the penetration and allowed to set up. I will need to remove the sealant to be able to replace the Spray Arm and Hose. Is the sealant something that needs to be replaced?
Answer Brian, There should not be any type of sealant around the upper spray arm and you would not have to put any on when installing new assembly. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, March 11, 2013
