Bettyk for Model Number JGBS66DEK1WW I have new top burner caps, but all of them do not allow the fire to come for cooking. What should I do?
Answer Betty, If the burner lights then it may be that you have the caps on the wrong burners. If they are not lighting at all even with a match then you could have a valve issue.
