Answer Sean, You will want to determine what is leaking. If the unit is leaking from the door then you will want to check the spray arms to make sure that they are not cracked. If the spray arms check ok then the door seal is the most likely cause for the leaking issue. For the issue with the water not draining, make sure that the check valve on the pump is in place and make sure that the impeller is not damaged.
