Alan for Model Number GSS22QFMBWW Thanks for someone answering my question. I forgot to mention, I replaced the deforest heater, deforest limiter thermostat and the main board but the problem still exists. I still have to manually use a blow dryer to melt the ice. What else is wrong? Thank you!
Answer Hello Alan, Sounds like one of the sensors have failed. There is one at the base of the back wall of the freezer compartment and one in behind the wall of the freezer mounted in a bracket at the top of the evaporator coils.
