B J for Model Number FCM5DRBWH Our GE 5 cu ft frrezer is freezing ice cream rock solid, to where you can't literally get it out. Normally set on #4 for years. Have lowered contol knob over time to #1 but nothing has changed. Box temp currently at approx. -15 F. Would the cold control be the problem? A relatively easy fix? Thanks for help.
