Mike for Model Number SCB1000KWW01 The display on my Advantium Microwave oven quickly goes blank when I start to push buttons and use the microwave. I unplugged the unit for around 5 minutes and it took approximately 5 - 10 minutes before all of the touch screen buttons started to work and the LCD digits showed up in the display. I am wondering if this is a power supply (transformer) to the control panel/display issue. Thanks
Answer Mike, You will want to check the low voltage transformer for 120 vac coming into the transformer and 12 vdc coming out to the display.
