Marcy for Model Number gdf570sgf7ww i had a plastic spoon fall from top tray and is now melted to the heating element,how do you take the element off to replace or what can i do to get it off thanks
Answer Hello Marcy. You should be able to scrape off the melted plastic. If not, then remove the heater nuts under the bottom of the unit and unplug the wires.
