Kimberly for Model Number wjse3110a0ww My washer is working fine except for the spin cycle, When it comes time to spin it drains but does not spin, and we smell a burning rubber smell. Do I need to replace the belt? I was going to order one tonight but need to know if this is what I need.
Answer Hello Kimberly. Check and see if the belt is burnt on the unit. If not, you will need to turn the pulley by hand and see if you can manually spin the tub assembly.
