William M for Model Number GE JVM 1431 WA 001 My JVM 1431 WA GE Microwave Works fine except for the 2 40 Watt lamps in the bottom of the unit. I have replaced the bulbs. Could it be the PS 242167 Fuse? If so , how do I access that fuse on my microwave? Thanks.
Answer William, With the microwave working the fuses would not have anything to do with the cooktop lamps not working. The lamps route through the control board and if the control board is not sending power then the board would need to be replaced. Read More...
