Clifford for Model Number JNM1541DN1BB Hi, I have a GE over the range microwave with a manufacture date of 2008. After a couple of minutes in use I heard a like an electrical zapping sound for a couple of seconds and then the microwave stopped. The light, fan, and touch pad do not work either. I have been reading other post about maybe its the fuse. Thanks for any help
Answer Hello Clifford. You will need to test the fuse and the door switches on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
