John, When you replaced the bulbs, did you notice if any of the wires were loose, chafed, or damaged ? There is no in line fuse for the cooktop light circuit. and power to the light bulbs is supplied from the main Power Control Board WB27X10257 and touchpad assembly WB27X10262 If you listen closely, you may be able to hear the relay "click" when you press the Light pad, on the panel, it may help you out.
