Joneszee for Model Number ge-JT965Sk1SS This GE wall unit is one that has the microwave over the regular oven. The microwave works fine but the regular oven does not heat. We've tested all three elements via the broil, bake and convection setting on the control panel. None of the elements heat. The control panel looks as it should when setting the regular oven. All three heating elements stopped working at the same time. The broil element looks fine but we have not tested it with a meter. We haven't removed any parts at this time. The circuit breaker has been checked (off and then back on). The question is: could this be a fuse? or control panel? something else? If a fuse, where is if located? Thanks in advance for your help. Joneszee
Answer Joneszee, This issue would be caused by a faulty clock assembly which would need to be replaced. The part number for the clock is WB27T10566. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, January 13, 2015
