Mike for Model Number jvm1870bf001 I tested fuses and found the ceramic were good. No change in the dead micro wave. I jumped out to two other two plastic style fuses. I found one to be bad but only the exhaust fan runs. The panel is still dark. Any pointers?
Answer Hello Mike. If there is power to the board and the board does not work, you will need to order and replace the smart board WB27X10604 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
