John for Model Number Kenmore microwave 721.66227 Microwave was running fine, all of a sudden it just quite running. It is getting power, touch pad is working and light is coming on, clock is working as well. If you sent the timer and press start the light comes on but nothing else happens. Any ideas?
Answer Hello John. You will need to test all the door switches in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
