Sara for Model Number jwm1653sh01 When I turn on the microwave it shuts off after 5-10 seconds. Sometimes it will last the full time I select. Everything else is working fine. What is the issue? : ) Is it the fuse? Ive unplugged it, Ive turned on off the circuit breakers to reestablish a connection but that doesn't help. Thank you?
Answer Sara, You will want to check the door switches on the unit since it shuts off after 10 to 15 seconds. If the fuse was bad then it would not restart at all.
